HAPPY ENDING MASSAGE WITH NICOLE

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy massage is used for a variety of reasons, including relaxation, pain management, and improved mood. Aromatherapy can be added to a traditional massage session as an extra service.
I might diffuse an essential oil in the room during your session or add a few drops of oil to the massage oil and apply it directly to your skin. An aromatherapy massage includes all the benefits of a regular swedish massage (improved circulation, lymph drainage, etc.) with the added benefit of a blend of essential oils tailored to your specific needs.
What Are the Benefits of Aromatherapy Massage?
The main benefits of aromatherapy massage are the reduction of stress and anxiety, decrease in muscle tension, and pain relief. It also helps to reduce the symptoms of depression, control inflammation, and help with headaches.
Essential Oils Used in Aromatherapy Massage:
-
Lavender
-
Bergamot
-
Coconut
-
Eucalyptus
-
Lemongrass
-
Sandalwood
-
Citronella
-
Vanilla
-
Peppermint
-
Ylang Ylang
I typically use a base oil such as sweet almond or grapeseed carrier oil, which is light and easily absorbed into the skin.
Please Note:
While essential oils are often used to improve health, they can cause allergic reactions. You may be more likely to have an allergic reaction to an essential oil if you have a history of skin reactions to topical products or if you have atopic dermatitis. If you are not familiar with oils, a patch test on your skin would be necessary the first time you use them.
You can find the aromatherapy massage prices in the "PRICES" tab.
Body Scrub or Polish (Sea Salt/Sugar) – On the Back and Shoulders
Using a body scrub for men can help control back acne, smooth out rough patches of skin, and leave you feeling like a new man. A body scrub rejuvenates the skin, removes dead skin cells, and leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
After the scrub is applied, you relax for a few minutes before it is gently washed off with a steamed towel, and finished with moisturiser.
It takes approximately 5 minutes.
